Hoboken Fashion Night Brings Milan, Italy To The W Hotel

by Lauren Scrudato

Italy is known for its food, wine, tight-knit communities, and fashion. This Friday, you can experience it all without the travel costs at Hoboken Fashion Night in the W Hotel.

The Milan-inspired event, presented by Learn Language Hoboken, The Hoboken Italian Festival, and Boston Scarlette, aims to raise money for the DePinto Family Scholarship Fund while showcasing the importance of Italian language and culture here in Hoboken.

Doors open at 7 p.m. with a cocktail hour until 8:30 p.m. and open bar until 10 p.m. After getting your fill of Italian hor d'oeuvres, enjoy a fashion show that will feature Hoboken designers, models, retailers and artists with their latest spring collections of clothes, shoes, leather goods, and bags for men and women.

Tickets cost $160 for standard admission and $350 for VIP access, which includes front row seating and private lounge and bar area.

Proceeds will go towards the DePinto Family Scholarship Fund, which awards a scholarship to a Hoboken high schooler of Italian descent looking to attend a four-year university. Over the last ten years, the scholarship fund has given $85,000 to stand-out students.

Visit hobokenfashionnight.com to purchase tickets and learn more about the festivities.
