Hoboken New Year’s Round-Up

We all know Hoboken is loaded with bars, but how do you decide which one to go to for New Year’s? Look no further, because we’ve got a list of some of the area's hottest locations and their specials for your Hoboken New Year’s:

 

Black Bear: Purchasing an $85 ticket gets you 5 hours of premium open bar beginning at 9 p.m., a 3-course dinner, and champagne toast. A DJ will be playing music to keep the party going well past midnight.

 

Boa: For $100, take advantage of a 4-hour open bar, 6-course dinner buffet and champagne toast at midnight. Extremely limited VIP seating is still available.

 

The Madison: The Madison will start their New Year’s celebration with a 3-course dinner for $65. Seatings are available from 5-7 p.m. or again at 9:30. You could also chose the popular open bar soiree option from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Along with unlimited access to the bar, you will receive passed hors d'oeuvres and a breakfast buffet after midnight for $99.

 

Mills Tavern: Order tickets before Christmas and get them for $90, but after Dec. 25 they bump up to $100. Mills Tavern will have an open bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., a champagne toast, party favors, and a buffet.

 

Pilsener Haus: Bring your family out for a nice dinner during Pilsener’s family party from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.  Beginning at 9 they will have an adult party with a DJ.  Reserve a table with a minimum of 10 people at $10 per person and guarantee a pitcher and sampling from the grill.  

 

Teak on the Hudson: A social gala will be occurring from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. featuring heavily passed hors d'oeuvres, assorted meats and cheeses, sushi, raw bar, pasta, carving stations, assorted desserts, chocolate fountain and champagne toast at midnight for $60 per person, which includes admission to the nightclub.

 

Turtle Club: Experience top shelf open bar, two hours of passed hors d’oevres, and the classic champagne toast at the Turtle Club. The menu includes butter poached lobster bruschetta, pepper crusted filet mignon on garlic toast with brandy cream, chicken satay with peanut sauce, jerk pork tenderloin on a plantain chip with pineapple salsa, gorgonzola cream & toasted garlic bruschetta, fresh mozz with tomato and basil– all for $90 if you pay in cash, $100 with PayPal.

 

The W: The Chandelier Room is selling tickets for $125 or VIP spots for $175 with an open bar from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. The Great Bar will have cocktails and food from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. for $165.

Willie McBride's: Get a taste of live music from the band Almost Easy while drinking at the open bar from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Toast at midnight and swing your party favors around for $95.
