After many years of service, President and CEO of Liberty Savings FCU, James J. Miller Sr., has stepped down from his role and is now on the path to retirement. Initially founded by his parents, Miller Sr. has dedicated 37 years of hard work to the company, in addition to Jersey City Rotary Club, the Boy Scouts of America and the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce.

Taking his place and acting as the new President and CEO is Maria Solorzano, who was appointed in January 2017. Solorzano has also spent many years within Liberty Savings FCU, starting out as a filing clerk and working her way up ever since. From Chief Financial Officer/Vice President and a participating member of the LSFCU Board of Directors, it is these roles that have prepared Solorzano for the responsibilities of her latest position.
