Super Buy Rite is known for having an extensive supply of beer, wine and spirits, but now they are sharing their stock during their Super Sampling Event on Friday, May 16, from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Doubletree Inn in Eatontown. Pre-ordered tickets are $79, or $99 if purchased at the door.
Attendees can expect to have over 500 wines, specialty spirits and craft beers available, along with gourmet food selections.
Money raised from Super Buy Rite's Super Sampling Event will benefit the Sarala Bathena Foundation and the Ashley Lauren Foundation. The Sarala Bathena Foundation was started in honor of Super Buy Rite President Adithya Bathena’s mother, who passed from kidney cancer. Proceeds will help pay the bills of cancer patients who are struggling financially. Bathena also hopes to raise enough money to fund college scholarships for underprivileged children in the Jersey City area.
The Ashley Lauren Foundation’s goal is to ease families’ battles with pediatric cancer by organizing parties and outings for children, giving out birthday or holiday gifts, and offering financial support. They also brighten children’s spirits through their “Making Dreams Come True” Program.
